In terms of the app, it was a bit confusing at first on what I was able to do, but the support has always been fast and informative. There's proper explanation of the issues and how to resolve it.

Alex hopped on to help me out and was super cool. They managed to get me sorted after I got stuck trying to setup a reinstall for a new theme, and gave me some tips moving forward on how to fix it myself if I need to. Also they're just fun to chat with. Keep up the great work Alex :)

Installing the app and simply duplicating the theme allowed the sale prices to be displayed on the product list page and made the payment settings smooth, which was very helpful. The ability to set detailed discounts for customer tags and collections, as well as add extra fees such as shipping, felt highly versatile. Even when a minor error occurred, contacting support for investigation and correction made the implementation smooth, and I thought it was very good.

The customer service is excellent. Paige has helped us numerous times with coding a few tricky spots in our theme. The app works extremely well and there are no issues. The developers are constantly improving the app to make it a better experience for the end user. Have been using the app for nearly 3 years now for our wholesale site. Although it can be a little clunky at times, it works better than the other ones we tested when we were trialing other options. Overall I definitely recommend it as it has all the features we needed, such as allowing for discount codes and multiple wholesale tiers depending on customer tags with varying prices.

I'd give 10 starts to the support team, they are always very helpful and go above and beyond to assist.
