This is the third piece of wholesale software we tried, and the one we're sticking with. All of them function well, but Supple Wholesale's developer was available to help us with issues customizing the software to meet our specific needs within hours instead of days, and for a fraction of the cost.

We couldn't be happier with Supple, and highly recommend it.

I used this app to discount each customer group. This app is really useful and the customer staff is really kind. They always do their best when I require or ask something. (The staff name is Kay in my case) I super recommend this app!

We use WC to create a VIP shopping area on our D2C website. The app is easy to use and install. I do wish there was greater flexibility in pairing discount codes with WC discounts, but I believe those problems stem more from Shopify limitations than the app itself. Customer service is top-notch. They have been incredibly friendly and helpful, and have done everything from implementing small customizations to work with our website's theme to larger patches and bug fixes.

Works really well for what I need to do. Support is beyond helpful. I really appreciate Rob and his team for their fast and accurate work to get the app to work perfectly with my theme!

Great app. We have downgraded from Shopify Plus, and our primary concern was how we would process wholesale orders. B2B Wholesale club has perfectly sorted this—also, huge thanks to Kay at the support desk and her speedy response time.

The app was so simple and easy to configure and the support is responsive whenever there's an issue with the setup. They will guide and help you to resolve the issues immediately. Thank you.

Side note: would be best if the app is compatible with Ajax carting.

I've had a terrible experience with the customer service at Pixel Union. I had my websites redesigned and needed them to reinstall this app on the new theme for me. After charging me $75 ($25 per website), they then didn't respond to any of my follow up emails, and now 2 weeks later, I still don't have a functioning app. I have several wholesale customers getting very annoyed. Extremely disappointing service.
