I'm still getting into the app, but the customer support with the setup was great. Prompt and Understanding. I look forward to using the tool more.

Best Wholesale Pricing App on the AppStore

Don't waste your time with the other apps out there. Wholesale Pricing by Supple does what you need it to do. You have the ability to decide is the "sale" or "compare" price is discounted. Best of all, it does not make custom product variations that will destroy any chance of you properly maintaining your inventory.

They install fast and offer great. Not to mention, they are $5 cheaper than the competition.

Initially we were working with a 3rd party to create our website. The girl didn't completely get everything set up correctly and it took me about 6 months to realize that. When I reached out to the guys at Wholesale Club they were SO helpful. They don't have phone access, so they can't walk you through anything that way, but they do send you video tutorials and very in-depth emails to walk you through how to set some things up yourself if you're not working with a tech person - and you're not one yourself...which I'm not. Without the man who helped me I would have been completely LOST. I am thankful for their great customer service and quick response time. I will be reaching out if I have any issues in the future knowing that it will be quickly resolved. These guys are great!

Do not use this app or buy any add-ons. (1) They would calculate all "log-in" members as "wholesalers", and no way to resolve this. (2) Your discount inbox will disappear because this app would create "draft orders" for the "log-in" members. This has given me the energy to come to hear and say thank you for wasting our money.

Installing the app and simply duplicating the theme allowed the sale prices to be displayed on the product list page and made the payment settings smooth, which was very helpful. The ability to set detailed discounts for customer tags and collections, as well as add extra fees such as shipping, felt highly versatile. Even when a minor error occurred, contacting support for investigation and correction made the implementation smooth, and I thought it was very good.

The app is good, the only issue is we have not been able to oppen the app, it is very hard, it send an error that reads as follows: saso-www.herokuapp.com closed the connection unexpectedly.
As told, the app is good, but we have not been able to use it for the last week or so, sent an email to support got no answear...

I added this app last week. I've been trying to get someone to return my email from 4 days ago. There has been no response. At this point...which is...I spent a lot of money and literally no one is responding to me for the last 4 days....I wish I could give it zero stars.

Unfortunately, it appears that this wonderful app is no longer as good as it used to be. Many changes in the last two months have been causing long delays on fixes and many more issues. I'm jumping out
