Also, one of the representee by the name of Kay, gave us awesome guidance & assistance and made sure that we were on the right track to get everything started and her email response time was definitely fast and on point. It's always a plus when you can run into a company whose employees are really passionate about their work - this lets me know that they put a lot of work into their company and highly respect their customers.

Overall, there customer service and the platform are A-1 and I would not advise using any other B2B wholesale app, especially if you're not so tech savvy...... this app is perfect. :)

Oh, forgot to mention... you also get a 30-day free trial to really understand how the system works before making a purchasing decision. This is the best B2B app because of the flexibility and complete integration into your Shopify store - no separate sign in is needed. Their customer support is top notch and incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.
