Rob helped me quickly to figure out a compatibility issue. Ultimately we were unable to use the plugin because it didn't work well with our subscription plugin, but the team was honest and quick to respond to my questions!

Supple support is always willing to help, and their support is always quick to respond. I have been very pleased with this app and the features it has provided.
I've used this app on multple storefronts to successfull solve the wholesale side of our retail shops without having to spend thousands on Shopify Plus. Recently had a small installation issue on a new storefront and Kay from support fielded and solved my issue quickly and attentively. I very much appreciate the timely responses and willingness to make sure things are working as intended.
