I am a long-term user (2 years) of this app -- from before the PIXEL UNION acquisition.
Recently I experienced a broken checkout process for NET30 customers.I had not changed anything in the operation of my store, added apps, or changed themes. I contacted support and they verified that the app was broken.
And then…I waited…and waited…and waited…and emailed…and emailed…and emailed…
After waiting five days without resolution, I deleted the app. Their customer service is absolutely pathetic and non-responsive.
If you want to lose sales, install this.

What happened to this App????? This App used to be good. Now it's glitchy and customer support is slow and unresponsive. We continue to have recurring issues where the Wholesale discount does not apply and can't put through Wholesale orders for days! Customer support is saying that they sent replies but it's false and frankly, the replies are not even helpful in resolving the same recurring issues. Very disappointing.

Support on the install has been terrific, very fast and expertly thorough. We've looked at other wholesale Apps that create additional products and variants - STEER CLEAR OF THESE. They are a total nightmare.
Not so with Wholesale. very easy and simple use.
The customer service for Supple Apps is outstanding! I needed a very specific function (I sell downloadable files with monthly freebies) and they were able to help me tailor this app to exactly what I need. They respond to emails within minutes....minutes!
LOVE the SUPPLE WHOLESALE app. Thanks! This app has fixed so many of my wholesale /retail issues without creating a bunch of confusing and unfriendly user variants. Before my wholesale variants were pushing to wanelo and pintrest. Now all my retail prices get pushed but my wholesale clients can log in and shop. Customer service on ally 1,000 questions has been answered quickly and nicely.
Great app ran by great people. Needed something to solve my WS solutions and WS Club did just that. Super helpful team! Thank you again!

Do NOT get this app unless you are ready for a bumpy ride. Customer service is slow and very unresponsive. If it does not easily connect with your theme and you are having issues, prepare to lose sales. Would not recommend!

The functionality of this app is perfect for offering our stockists access to wholesale pricing - a great option for them as they can access exactly the same website and shopping portal as our regular customers. Adding any custom features is easy as well as the support team is extremely accessible and efficient. Thanks for helping us manage our online business through Shopify!
Super helpful staff that helped us accomplished what we needed to transition our wholesale customers into buying from our Shopify store.
We needed tiered pricing as pricing is different for each of our products. They do not currently offer this feature, so they recommended another app to use in conjunction with Supple Wholesale.
They then worked with us to figure out our needs and made the setup easy for us by creating pages, forms, features, etc for what we needed (even for the other company's app they recommended).
We recommend trying Supple Wholesale for yourself. We are sure the customer service experience is pleasant. Our Supple Representative signed as "Marius" and we couldn't be more pleased with their support.
I had support looking into an issue and they went above and beyond. She found another issue that I didn't know existed. The fix saved us cash and future headaches. Thanks, Paige!!
