I was trying to add a functionality to my store and Kay helped me tremendously. In fact, she ended up completely setting it up for me. She made it so easy. This app has been just what I needed for my wholesale store. I would highly recommend this app and the support is incredible and prompt.

I got this app to help me transition my wholesale online. I went with premium onboarding and am so glad I did! Wholesale Club customer support was so helpful getting my store set up and customized my needs with some add ons. I was happy to spend the money because compared to shopify+ and the other wholesale website options this is super cost-effective and keeps everything in one place! No more commissions on wholesale orders!!
really disappointed with the features of the app, firstly it doesnt offer customised text at checkout to say shipping rate. secondly, it doesn't offer customisable shipping rates at checkout for customers and for wholesale orders which charge GST as an extra this app does not provide that either, all features of wholesale orders this app does not feature. for the price its really disappointing. its a very basic app, do not recommend.
i never used this app and i was still charged, i just want my money back and i feel like im being sent in circles with shopify to get it. Can you help

Great app! Super easy integration to include a B2B option on our website for wholesalers. Plenty of options to configure it to ensure it works well for your business, and set-up was super easy. Had a couple of questions along the way and customer support was incredibly quick and helpful. Would definitely recommend this app to e-commerce brands looking for a B2B integration for their online store.
