5 STAR FOR SURE!!!!!! Loving this app so much - I highly recommend! They have an amazing team that will make sure to guide you through the steps until everything is set in order for your wholesale clients to be able to use the app flawlessly, love it!!!

Also, one of the representee by the name of Kay, gave us awesome guidance & assistance and made sure that we were on the right track to get everything started and her email response time was definitely fast and on point. It's always a plus when you can run into a company whose employees are really passionate about their work - this lets me know that they put a lot of work into their company and highly respect their customers.

Overall, there customer service and the platform are A-1 and I would not advise using any other B2B wholesale app, especially if you're not so tech savvy...... this app is perfect. :)

Oh, forgot to mention... you also get a 30-day free trial to really understand how the system works before making a purchasing decision. Thank you so much Orbit / Kay - we are definitely looking forward to using the app on our website for as long as your app is active - you have a long-time customer for sure!!!

This app made setting up wholesale pricing and accounts so easy! I was able to quickly create wholesale with custom pricing tiers and account requirements with Kay's help. She provided excellent ongoing support, answering all my questions along the way promptly and in detail.

I highly recommend the B2B Wholesale Club app, especially if you need some extra guidance getting your wholesale channel launched. Their customer service is fantastic!

Great app! Super easy integration to include a B2B option on our website for wholesalers. Plenty of options to configure it to ensure it works well for your business, and set-up was super easy. Had a couple of questions along the way and customer support was incredibly quick and helpful. Would definitely recommend this app to e-commerce brands looking for a B2B integration for their online store.

A very useful app if you have a separate pricing for your wholesale customers and don't want to spend thousands of dollars on Shopify Plus where this feature is in-built.
I have given 4 stars to the product as I feel there is room for improvement. Their customer service however is impeccable and I would happily give them 5 stars if it was purely on the basis of their support.

Feature wise the app is great, however, the lack of compatibility with Shop accounts is a massive drawback! We have reached out to support for an answer on whether this issue will be resolved and have had no response. Pretty disappointing because otherwise the app is great.

This app has done exactly what I needed and more. It has features that seemingly anticipated my needs and when I had any issues while setting up, the chat support was incredibly quick to help. If you're looking for an alternative to Shopify Plus' wholesale features, this is it.

The experience with Wholesale Club and the team at Orbit has been very smooth. The app does what it says and the support team have been incredibly responsive. Highly recommend the app.
