Rob helped me quickly to figure out a compatibility issue. Ultimately we were unable to use the plugin because it didn't work well with our subscription plugin, but the team was honest and quick to respond to my questions!

I've used this app on multple storefronts to successfull solve the wholesale side of our retail shops without having to spend thousands on Shopify Plus. Recently had a small installation issue on a new storefront and Kay from support fielded and solved my issue quickly and attentively. this is a game changer for our wholesale business. With only $24 a month and a one time fee of $99 for custom prices, I was able to do what an advanced shopify account worth thousands of dollars monthly can do. support was great.
