I implemented the Wholesale Club app a few months ago, and I must say, my experience has been incredibly smooth. While setting up the app, I did encounter a few initial challenges, but the team behind it was exceptional - patient and always ready to help. (shoutout to Paige and Jack!) They addressed all my questions with grace and even provided clever workarounds to suit my specific business needs.

Managing special pricing can be quite complex, but this app has truly simplified the process for me. It has become an invaluable tool, making it effortless to train my staff on onboarding new customers with special prices. Moreover, I am delighted that the app doesn't slow down my website, as I've had nightmares when I was previously working with WooCommerce.

The Wholesale Club app is a straightforward yet powerful solution that has saved me from spending hundreds of dollars on other alternatives. I am thrilled to have discovered such a reliable and budget-friendly solution. It has made it easy for me to switch my wholesale customers to be able to purchase online instead of having to manually process POs and deal with countless errors in data entry. I highly recommend it!

The app works great and meets our needs. Customer service is also a big takeaway. They respond within a few minutes and have made the resolution to all our requests within 24h to 48h. I would highly recommend them.

This app is absolutely amazing if you are planning to combine your normal and wholesale store together. The price is very worth it, if you take a look at the code. The support is amazing. Kay helped me very fast and directly fixed my question. It is a very easy to use app that integrates perfectly within a store. I would definitely suggest this app to anyone who is looking for a good wholesale app. Stop wasting money on other apps and just go for this one.

The support team on this app is unbeatable. They are so helpful and happily took care of our concerns within the day. We are extremely impressed with Kay and the entire Orbit/Wholesale Club team. Would highly recommend.

This app no longer works for retailers who sell internationally and use Shopify markets. It is a huge shame as we have been using this app for 4 years and it worked well for us. However it has not kept up, and international retailers are unable to place orders if a store has Shopify Markets in place, even if you ask the customer to check out in your store's home currency. The app developers have confirmed this is a limitation of the app and have no timeframe for resolution. If you are a retailer who sells internationally, don't waste your time on this.

This is a premium app. The best part is the support that comes with it. I ran into a few problems during set-up due to a paid theme I am using that uses complex Ajax cart functionality. When I contacted the support of the theme, they wouldn't help. The support of B2B Wholesale Club supported immediately and solved the issue as well as many others. I tried out a few other Wholesale apps. Nothing compared to this app. If you want to set up a wholesale online shop without paying for Shopify Plus, this is the best app you will find.
