We've use the app for many years. It's very helpful!

It offers a crucial, but rather limited functionality that extends Shopify into discounting based on Customer tags.

It's crucial because Shopify's internal discounting tools are limited and don't allow us to reflect our discounting logic on those discounting tools.

It's limited because it requires significant manual labor of managing the tags that trigger the discounts.

It really needs to be updated to read Company Metafields, which is a great place to hold data about a Company, and apply it to the Customer Profiles. Supporting B2B features that Shopify introduces is a crucial part of the work of this app. I will try to update this review if they support the new B2B Companies features of Shopify.

B2B wholesale app is fantastic! It was easy to setup and we are now getting easy B2B orders through our website. If I have any questions, the chat team are very responsive. I liked the app so much that I wanted to use it for another store I manage, however at present new customers cannot use the order minimums function while it is being worked on. I've contacted chat but there's no date for when it will be ready, so sadly I am going to have to get another b2b app for that client.

Great app for wholesale, custom prices for different tags is great, wish the discount codes were still available but the app makes up for it. only small issue, uploading, csv can be tricky... for us it works great when using google docs, but so not much when using excel, (although this may be a "user error") Service is always excellent...

The app can be difficult to install/integrate for some people but when I encountered issues, I reached out to customer service and they were of immense help! Not only did they help integrate the application with shopify, Rob (customer service), also helped make customizations and guided me through the entire process with patience and a supportive attitude. The App works very fine and does what it should do reliably.
It would be a real improvement if the discounts could be sorted and manually deselected from some functions.
Example: If I have several discounts, but only want to enter "Custom prices" for a few of them, all the discounts are displayed and I have to constantly scroll from right to left.

Great customer service and does what we need! Going forward I wish it had more capability with other discounting bulk/tier apps so we could do promos with our wholesale customers. I also wish it showed the breakdown or ability to track a promo code/discount.

Our company has been using this application for almost 5 years with very little hiccups. On the rare occasion that we notice an issue, the team @ Orbit get back to us with either a fix or at minimum communication to move forward.

The only real problem that we have with the app is for our Canadian customers receiving wholesale without having to go through a few hoops to keep the pricing at checkout. This started when Shopify launched markets. It's not a deal breaker as our sales into that country are small and we work with the dealers on a need to basis.

September 2021: We got excellent support from James who sent a detailed explanation including supportive videos to help us solve an issue we had been facing for quite a while. After several requests for support before that didn't work out well, we finally got the support we needed and the issue could be solved easily. July 2020: What happened to this App? We've been using it on 2 of our shops - at first it was great. Now it's full of glitches, we keep getting customer complaints, customer service is poor at best. Response time is long and they general blame the issue on us??? Time to look for a new solution. What a shame.

All-in-all, Wholesale Club has been a good addition for us. It has most of the functionality we need to please our wholesale customers. We have had some issues with this app getting along with other apps or coding on our site. Also, it is frustrating that the only way to contact support is via email, especially when there is an urgent issue. However, with that being said, Declan and the developers have always been able to nail down the problem and get it fixed.
