Customer service very helpful. I have set up very easily the app and when I had some doubts I contacted their customer service who helped me in setting up the app perfectly. Now everything is up and running and I recommend this app to everybody.

This app did not perform well for the needs of our store. We experienced a breach with the lock app on multiple occasions and after 6 months gave up and uninstalled. I would like to note that the developer was quick to reach out to resolve our issues. The responsiveness of the developer was greatly appreciated, however, this app was not a good fit for our needs.

Jawad is always there to help, really like the way he explains everything. He has resolved the issue in a Lock Rule for me. Great Support and very helping app for my store.

after the uninstallation I was left with the purchase button visible only to logged in users. I don't know how to fix it, the fault is yours and your application dirtying my code

Nice app at a great price. We have been using it for about 24 hours and so far so good. I would recommend this app when you need to have control over access rights and allowing VIP customers access to products that are for their eyes only. Thanks a million guys

This app was quick to install - I had a few issues with hidden items still showing up in search, but their customer service fixed it up right away for me. Great communication and I am very happy with how it works for my site!
