Seth responded within a few minutes. 10 minutes later I was screen sharing with Jawad to show him the problem. 10 minutes later he showed me how code from another app had interfered with our operations and how he fixed it. I'm super impressed that they could track down the problem and resolve it so quickly.

This app is great and the support is amazing. It took a couple days to get it working correctly with our complex custom theme but the dev team was in contact the entire time. Highly recommended.
