The application works excellent for wholesales discounts, especially for volume discount. After sales support is world class!
This is the only wholesale app we've used but we chose it because it if full-featured and Wholesale Helper also offer related apps that work together with this one including Wholesale Order Form & ReOrder and AReceivables. Their customer service team is very responsive and helpful.
The customer service was top notch and this product has increased my revenue. I heavily recommend using this team of creators. They send screenshots to assist in problem-solving.
I can't say enough about Seth and his team. We were up against a hard deadline and desperate to meet our customers' needs. Wholesale Helper went above & beyond. Custom solutions just in time - it was like *MAGIC*!! We were struggling to find the right mix of apps to take our B2C business to a national-reach B2B business and Wholesale Helper came to the rescue. Our customers can *enter their purchase order *enter their UPS shipping numbers *choose net 30 *select specific shipping instructions. Perfect solutions for their corporate requirements. On our end, we can *manage and oversee our minimum order requirements *manage discounts per customer *manage what is available to see or order by customer rank/level. This app has worked extremely well for us. It allows us to have 14 different wholesale tiers, work with net order customers, and the support has been absolutely incredible. Response is typically quick and Tejas and Mohit go the extra to make sure any issues are resolved in an acceptable timeframe to help have minimal impact to the business.
Their customer support team is great! I am building my wholesale store and I love the fact it has all the tools I need to scale my business!

This App allows our Customers to order easily and quickly. Any issues I've had, have been immediately solved. Very intuitive design makes it easy for our customers and us to modify.

Really bad customer service, they don´t help and provide solution with minimum requeriments that the app should have
Hi, we have emailed and called a few times to help navigate. Regarding features, we get 3-5 feature requests per day so hard to build new features into the product immediately without careful planning + QA. (Also we need to take into consideration what will drive the most value for the most merchants ). We are in the middle of a big release right now to make the app perform even faster and help our merchants in the future. Hope this perspective makes sense and happy to hop on a call or email.
