This app has helped us get our B2B site up and running. I really like the available chat option, and used it frequently when I hit a bump. All questions were answered with detail and in a very positive way. I would like to see the MSRP and wholesale price labelled as such for our wholesale customers instead of having the MSRP price crossed out like its on sale. Everything integrated nicely.
FANTASTIC APP. It does what the others cannot. Look at how everyone else handles the customer tags/discount group association. This app is the most flexible, I have tried all the others. In addition, the Order Form app works seamlessly and has SEARCH! Search is needed on a large order form. Thanks, Team!

We set up a wholesale avenue and used this app. It was easy to use, efficient to install and great for the end user. The WPD crew were fast to work with when i needed changes made and very helpful at all times. Definitely recommend.
I was looking at a number of apps to help with our wholesale pricing and Wholesale Pricing Discount was the only one that could accomplish everything we needed. Generally speaking we are much more of a wholesale company than an E-commerce., though we incorporate both. So wholesale functioning and looking perfect was of great interest to us.
To find a app that worked fluidly throughout the site and did everything we wanted led us to Wholesale Pricing Discount. We did pay for some additional coding but it was well worth it, done quickly, done well and they even billed us less hours than their estimate. Which I believe is a testament to their honesty. Very happy, the site looks great and functions well now and I believe all of our customers will be happy with it!
There is little support for this app. Have tried to schedule demos and even meetings but nobody turns up on the other end. Their support only works 3 days a week.

to set up a great Wholesale section for my customers. I also asked for a small addition and it was completed within 24 hours for a small cost.
Great app.
This app on premise offers everything we want however we experienced some issues after starting our trial. We invited a staff member as per instructions but did not hear nothing for some days, when we managed to get the installation completed the installer had reversed changes we had made on our theme. Eventually I got notice the install was completed and those changes were reverted on the theme they were working on but unfortunately the theme did not reflect those changes and the wholesale app still did not work.
We do acknowledge the initial integration request slipped through the cracks and took additional time.
We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we are gutted when we don’t meet expectations. We will use the feedback to make ourselves better.
We would like to clarify that our team always creates a backup copy of the theme for integration. Also, the team keeps the pre-integrated theme published, giving you the opportunity to check the integrated one first before publishing it. This is part of our onboarding process.
The file change was because of the third-party app "Fast Bundle" that we found in the pre-integrated theme. It may have been added while our team was working on the integration. Some apps automatically add code when you open the app.
We spend a lot of time comparing files and got back with the cause of the problem. Wholesale Pricing Discount app had nothing to do with the changes in the file; it was a third-party app.
We always try to ensure merchants get the smoothest product experience. Our small team spends a lot of time and effort to meet the merchant's requirements.

App looks great so far, just what we needed. The support from Seth, Tejas, and the team has been outstanding too.
After reviewing a ton of wholesale apps I found the Wholesale Pricing Discount app to fit our business the best. We have almost 2,000 SKU's and trying to manage pricing one item at a time would be time-consuming. Their upload feature made it quick and painless. We scheduled a call to do a screen share and learned the ins and outs of the apps and asked a ton of questions to really configure the app to suit our business goals. They have been responsive and very helpful every step of the way. Sign up and do a screen share to really make the most of the app. This could be a game changeer for our business.
