I've had a few issues and bugs along the way, but after trying several apps, this is by far the most comprehensive. We'll keep trying to work our way through the glitches.

This app excels at seamlessly blending retail and wholesale functionalities within an e-commerce platform. It single-handedly manages all wholesale-related features, offering a unified, sophisticated solution. This centralized control allows for elegant user interactions; for example, product prices adjust dynamically on the page as quantities change, reflecting preset price breaks and quantity rules. This feature extends to the wholesale order form, where a notice appears over the quantity selector to highlight volume pricing availability — a unique, customer-centric detail not found in other apps. Initially, integrating the form into my highly customized theme presented challenges. However, Haley and her development team showcased their expertise by providing the necessary support to successfully implement the solution. Their knowledgeable assistance was invaluable. Highly recommend this app.

Customer service team are amazing, I had a bit of trouble setting up and the team was so thorough and helpful. It's great to be able to also have a free app like this for our wholesale customers because as a small business we can't afford the massive costs that other apps charge.

First off- this app is free! I just went through testing close to a dozen similar apps, and this is better than he vast majority, which being the least expensive!
Second- customer support are absolute rockstars! Let me tell you:
I found everything to be intuitive to use, and well documented, I didn't have any issues with setup- but I did send customer support a message with a suggestion for the interface. There wasn't anything wrong, just a new feature was partially overlapping a button. I told them I didn't need a reply, it was just feedback for the next time they happened to make an adjustment to the UI, I know that's not a quick process.

I got a response and thanks right away from Haley in the app. Then, an hour later, another message and screenshot- the testing team went and fixed it right away! I was shocked and impressed. I appreciate that the folks working here are so invested in customer experience, improvement, and follow through. It's refreshing.

So I do urge anyone on here, if you're having difficulty configuring or using anything- don't be afraid to reach out to customer support. This team is ON IT! And very personable and courteous. :)
