I have to say, Haley at Sami B2B has the best customer service I think I've ever had. She was prompt in her replies and answered ALL my questions and resolved my issues. The app is great and does everything I need it to. Once you learn it, it is pretty easy. It has a lot of features too.

Haley was wonderful to work with and helped me with MANY setup steps. There are many features to this app and the customer support is excellent in learning how to navigate it all. There is also an extensive support library for quick reference as well! Very happy with this app!

Great Job for Haley who helped me alot and very professional support!

Very easy to set up, and live chat was very responsive to the couple of questions I had (even available on chat at 1am!). Perfect streamlined app for setting up wholesale customers, and actually has a couple of features like customer registration forms that the paid apps don't have until you pay for their higher-tier plans. I definitely recommend it, we'll be using this one for a long time, has everything we need.

Haley was very patient and helped me out when I realised that Volume Pricing wasn't working properly.
