I’m so glad I found this app! The installation process was seamless, even though I’m still running a vintage Shopify version and needed extra support. I reached out during the holiday period and was amazed by the instant response. Now that I’m up and running, I can see how powerful this app is! It allows me to set volume discounts exclusively for my wholesale clients while managing my D2C store from the same SKU inventory. I can even customize pricing for clients using tags—all of this for free! Why look anywhere else? Huge thanks to Haley in Support for being incredibly efficient and such a pleasure to work with. Wow... this app is amazing. Easy to install & it works. The logic is straight forward and not complicated. Support is quick to resolve any questions that I have.

What I like best is to run the wholesale required no code changes. The volume pricing required a minor code addition, but it was extremely easy.

This app and the company behind it are doing it right!

There have been some issues, as is normal with a free beta app. Customer support has been responsive but it's been somewhat exhausting and time consuming to communicate about a problem with basic functionality, which has now been fixed. I'm only using the order form section of the app. At his early stage, I would not be comfortable using the entire app because it seems ambitious but I wish them the best and hope that the beta testers are grandfathered in when it becomes a paid app.

Great free option for our small business. Support was very responsive. Particularly love the quick order form option simplifying things for our partners. Would recommend :)

Great simple app that works! Had some teething issues, and Haley from Sami assisted very promptly and resolved the problem. Unlike many of the apps on here. Highly recommended!

really bullshit support, after a lot of request that they did not take into account, the App stop working suddenly. I contacted the support wich told me they are in holiday for 1 week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So far extremely pleased! This app is just as good any of the other paid apps on shopify, and the customer service is absolutely amazing!! I had a couple of issues in the beggining and the developers were more than happy to help assist and fix them for me. I even requested some customisation and they did that for me no problem. Highly recommend this app and anything else coming from Samita!
