not user friendly, support is not very helpful.
two unauthorized orders came in created by the app with a discount that was created by the app. when asking for clarification on why that happened, rep could not answer.
REVIEWS MUST BE FAKE. WORST APP EVER. ONLY THING WORSE THAN THE APP IS THE SUPPORT TEAM. NOTHING WORKS - DAYS TO RESPOND - THEY PUSH BACK TO YOU SAYING YOU DIDNT SUPPLY ACCESS. THEY HAVENT SOLVED EVEN ONE ISSUE YET.
I tried to use this app since the feedback is good, but the app just doesn't work. I enabled the app and the page went down, I tried to configure the registration form to add tags to the clients, but the app froze, I created a page and added the registration form and nothing showed. Nothing worked, the app is useless. And after all this bugs and the support asking me for adm access to fix the problems, I felt unsafe using this app.

Regarding your issue, we haven't known the reason why it happened like that and we would like to check and help you fix the issue. That's why we asked for access to your admin page..
This is how we support customers and we do it everyday.. We're so sorry that it makes you feel unsafe since we still do that to other customers without any issues..

After a few months using the app I can confidently say that sooner or later there will be problems. The app is unstable. The wholesale prices are not always shown in the cart, even if the customer is logged in. Also, with their most recent update, the cart stopped functioning entirely. I have wasted a lot of time going back and forth with the support team. In the end, they were not able to fix the problems I had so I will be migrating to a new app.

First of app, we're so sorry for the bad experience you have had with our app... However, we think it's just a misunderstanding between us...
We really didn't mean to do anything bad or affect your store business, we just make the app works due to what you set up in the app... and we even explained that we only support making the setup you made in the app to work... So we just continue with what we do...
We really hope you can think about it and give us another chance, we believe the problem happened because of a misunderstanding when configuring our app only..
Janky app, doesn't work.
We followed the instructions, added the app to the theme, and turned on the app toggle in theme settings, and we created a new volume pricing rule that covers all products. But when we click "Add a section" or "Add a block" in the product page theme editor, we can't find any new block or section that displays the volume pricing table we wanted to show.
We tried to leave a message on their support site to get some support, that doesn't even work, the message wouldn't go through.
really bullshit support, after a lot of request that they did not take into account, the App stop working suddenly. I contacted the support wich told me they are in holiday for 1 week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i have the e-commerce completly down for 1 week for some bullshit person wo are in holiday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
