Absolutely amazed by the customer support of this app, had a response to my query immediately, chat dropped out due to an issue on my end and we were reconnected instantly to the same person. They basically held my hand and walked me through setting up with pictures. Honestly never received better customer support, and the app is free?! Obsessed is an understatement. From my experience, the app works seamlessly, and I hope they continue improving it. I have to say, Haley at Sami B2B has the best customer service I think I've ever had. She was prompt in her replies and answered ALL my questions and resolved my issues. The app is great and does everything I need it to. Once you learn it, it is pretty easy. It has a lot of features too.
