They reply promptly and have gladly done video calls with me to help with installation and questions. Wholster has cut my data entry time and enabled me to process multiple orders in so little time. It's (mostly) intuitive and so easy to use with minimal guidance. but when I have needed assistance, they are prompt, human and easy to work with.

Zac was incredibly gracious in taking my panic call and walking me through Wholster app. I needed to get 1 invoice sent to customer with multiple ship addresses and within the hour I was able to submit invoice! This app is working well for us so far, and is packed with helpful features like payments, sales rep access and java/css customization, but Zac and the support team have been exceptional! They are quick to respond, have had multiple demo calls with us about using the app and best practices, and have even made small tweaks so it functions better for us.
