Wigzo is one of the best marketing platforms for automation, text & WhatsApp. Our customer retention rate has increased after using wigzo. I have been using it for almost a year & I'm happy with its services. They have a wide variety of predefined email templates. They have the best customer support & my account manager sachneet is very helpful.

We have been using the App for a few months now, they have the best service channel, our Account Manager Srishti is always ready to help with anything. The proudct is great as well, can do a few improvements in terms of Conversation App & more features for Email Creation.
Also, request to provide user logins with various kinds of permission, this feature is required on priority.

Their 2 strengths are that (1) it's a one stop solution for multiple channels - email, sms, web push, onsite, whatsapp. instead of having to use individual apps for each channel (2) their customer support - Parth & team - are very responsive and handholded us to make the most of their platform capabilities.
