We have been using the App for a few months now, they have the best service channel, our Account Manager Srishti is always ready to help with anything. The proudct is great as well, can do a few improvements in terms of Conversation App & more features for Email Creation.
Also, request to provide user logins with various kinds of permission, this feature is required on priority.

Great experience with Wigzo - for an ecommerce brand looking for an intelligent & economical CRM solution, it's a strong fit. Their 2 strengths are that (1) it's a one stop solution for multiple channels - email, sms, web push, onsite, whatsapp. instead of having to use individual apps for each channel (2) their customer support - Parth & team - are very responsive and handholded us to make the most of their platform capabilities.
