That's one of the key points: customer service gets a 10/10, price gets a 10/10, quality gets a 10/10, stock gets a 10/10, and they're very well organized. The only reason I haven't given everything a 5/10 yet is due to logistics; the loss of the AJ channel greatly affects everything else.
