We were previously manually doing what this app now does automatically for us. When customers want to return an item, we offer them a portion of their money back to incentivize them to keep it. We've been doing this for years with solid results and it's been a blessing to be able to automate that. Very valuable especially as a Canadian business where shipping rates are absurd. As a bonus it also aligns with our green initiatives by lower unnecessary emissions from shipping items back and forth.

I've only been using Win Win Return for a few days but we've already avoided 3 customer returns by offering them a 25% cashback deal. It also helps ease up our customer service load. Small sample size so far, but I predict this app will be very valuable for our business moving forward.

Valuable app for our business. We get a relatively high return rate and a very low percentage of those returns are re-sellable. This app has helped us reduce our return losses significantly (while we also work on improving our product and communicating expectations more clearly for the longrun). Only complaint is I wish they allowed more customization for the verbiage and colours on the cashback offer

Nothing else like this app particularly the cash-back offer feature. It automatically displays an offer to the customer when they request a return, and we are seeing a high uptake of these offers, but no increase in returns requested. This means we're saving revenue and it has also lightened our customer service load.

Really unique concept of offering an incentive for customers to keep their orders. We ship heavy items and return shipping/reshipping becomes very costly. Win-Win returns has significantly reduced our return rates and had a major impact on our bottom line. Would highly recommend if you are in a competitive niche or if your products are expensive to ship.

Our CS team was already doing a similar offer to our customers. Whenever a customer requests a return ,our team sends an email offering them an incentive to keep their items. The truth is whenever we get return items, 90% of the time we have to discard them because people return items in poor condition and usually without the packaging. Adding Win-Win to our stack has created a new option that customers are happy with and that reduces the returns headache for us. Highly recommend giving them a try. Was easy to set up too

Wow - what a cool app idea. We don't get many returns but when we do, they can be quite costly for us. We only get about 2-3 returns per month usually, but since installing Win-Win Returns, we have gotten literally 0. Customers love the cash back offer and have taken the offer every single time. The app pays for itself if we can just mitigate one return per month (and we are mitigating about 2-3 which is great)
