I am very happy with this app! I use it primarily to manage my preorder system. After trying a few others, I really came to appreciate the simplicity with which I can designate a product as a preorder. I simply make a @pre tag right on the product page. Other apps require a much more laborious process.

I did however notice some inconsistencies. My products wouldn't always display correctly as a preorder, and there was often a couple of seconds of lag until the button on the website would switch from "buy now" to "preorder".

I contacted them about this, and they were not only very responsive, but also put a lot of effort into improving the app. Now it is rock solid. All of my products display correctly and there is no lag at all. As soon as the page pulls up it displays as a preorder. I couldn't be happier!

Customer service has always been amazing. I've been using this app now for several years and never any glitches.
I asked if the shipping bar at the top of the page could only be visible when a product is added to cart and they custom coded and applied the changes for me within days. Very happy :)

I have been using this app for 3+ years, I have accumulated a lot of emoji reaction left by my customer on all my product. At least more than 4000+ reaction with the most one being 1000+ on a single product. Out of nowhere, all of my product being reset to 0 without them notify me.

Contacted the developer for explanation, I get no reply. Pretty sure they are too incompetent to recover it already and I will 100% refuse to manually pump up the number as it is not a genuine things to do to lie our customer.

EDIT: They have offered a small compensation for it as they are not able to recover all my 3 years worth of data that is lost in exchange of changing my bad feedback to neutral.

I love how many features this app has! And, the customer service (Ajani) is absolutely amazing...they really showed that they cared about getting each feature working seamlessly on my website!

I used to use this app and our conversion rate dropped dramatically when we installed a different app. Support is instant, really excited to get my conversion rates back up!
