They state "With Windsor.ai you can easily stream all your merchant data to your reporting stack of choice." It doesn't bring ALL the data over. We are missing POS staff when we connected our Shopify Plus account, not there.

Thanks for the feedback. Confirming that we currently do not have these fields available. We have checked with Shopify and it seems like these fields are unavailable for listed apps at this point. There is nothing we can do at this point unfortunately.

I upgraded from the free trial in order to get the full scope. After reviewing for 3 hours it was unable to meet my needs. They denied my refund lol. Pretty silly considering I was going to try them out again after we hired a developer to set everything up. Oh well.
