Setting up Winehub has been a great experience—everything has been smooth, and the support from Ben, Matt, Jay, and the team has been fantastic. We haven’t processed our first wine club yet, but so far, the system is easy to use, and we’re excited to explore more of its features.
We researched a lot of wine club platforms, and this is by far the best on the market right now. The team has built custom features to suit our needs, helped with migration, and made the transition from our old system seamless. The WineHub solution has been such a great addition to our business and has made the promotion of wine clubs something we are really proud of. We launched a month ago and the startup support we received was exceptional. We chose to have the team handle our setup, and their attention to detail in aligning with our brand was really professional. Since our launch, we have enjoyed ongoing support, and the customer service has consistently been prompt and friendly.
The Branded Agency installed and setup the WineHub app for our online store www.casaloce.com we tried Commerce 7 prior to using this and found it to be dated, hard to use and with WinHub we've been able to easily setup and buildout a loyalty program, setup allocations and we can't recommend it or The Branded Agency more!
Winehub seamed when we were first shown it to be the system we had been missing. A custom app designed for the wine industry by the wine industry which is something we hadn't come across yet. So 3 months ago we made the jump and moved across to the Winehub platform and we haven't looked back since. The level of customer service and help has been outstanding no question has been to big or small for the team and we have really noticed having Australian based support compared to overseas support.
If you are looking for a system that is built with wine clubs and customer service in mind then this is the system for you. Ben and the team are amazing would recommend 100 times over.
