It seems that the app was uninstalled shortly after the trial period ended, which is why the charge went through. I noticed that you emailed us on November 4th at 12:49 PM, and our support team replied 21 minutes later, at 1:10 PM, confirming a full refund for that charge. Could you let us know if you received that email reply? :-)

Sembra che l'app sia stata disinstallata poco dopo la fine del periodo di prova, motivo per cui è stato effettuato l'addebito. Ho notato che ci hai inviato un'email il 4 novembre alle 12:49, e il nostro team di supporto ha risposto 21 minuti dopo, alle 13:10, confermando un rimborso completo per quell'addebito. Potresti farci sapere se hai ricevuto questa risposta via email? :-)

However, I was surprised to see that you chose to leave the review review while I was waiting for your response to the technical question I asked two days ago while investigating the issue for you, as I wanted to ensure that a technical collision is not the cause of it.
