Update: It seems like they actually do have an option of adding reviews manually. Thus, this issue has been solved.

I'd been looking for a decent-looking and usage-friendly reviews app featuring a reviews-importing function that allows you to import reviews not only from Amazon or Aliexpress, but also from Temu and several other platforms. And this app my friend is doing all this perfectly and quickly. Plus the free version allows you to import up to 100 reviews, unlike other apps. So I'm definitely going to upgrade my plan because of its convenience. Though after all the lovely features, I wish it was also possible to add reviews manually.

Great app! Super easy to use, and it can pull reviews from marketplaces like Shopee and Lazada - no other app to my knowledge can do that.

This app is easy to install and configure, and it works well. There are options to help match your theme branding. Tech support was very prompt in helping me with an enhancement and it works perfectly. Import of historic reviews from Etsy is quick and easy, for both product level reviews and shop reviews.

I was very happy with the performance of this app on my 2nd store, that I applied it to my 1st store. It's user friendly, easy to navigate and I was able to do everything I needed without allocating so much time.

Support is an added plus to this app. What it would've took me 2hrs to even understand and do, the representative fixed in 2 mins. He was patient and kept communication channels going even when I did miss a chat or two lol. I appreciate saving me time and plenty of headaches.

They are extremely helpful to any questions and I love the app. It’s only 4 stars because sometimes as in right now the app does not work on my end it keeps saying “link invalid “ when all I do is copy and paste the link it’s pretty annoying idk if there’s an update need to be made or what. For the past 3 days i couldnt use the app on my phone nor my laptop
