The worst experience is when support doesn't work and doesn't respond for several days. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone – you'll be left alone with your problems.

Our team aims to respond within 2 hours on business days, and we regret that your message came in over the weekend - this caused a delay in our response. The issue was caused by unexpected changes on the supplier’s side, which were not communicated to you in advance - meaning you had no way of knowing or preventing the disruption.
