Wishlist Engine

This app has been working great for us during the holiday seasons so we decided to keep using it. Recently, I needed to add an event tracker for GA4 within the app, so I reached out to support since I didn't see any developer documentations. I explained to support and they provided me with a callback function which helped me with my case. Very happy that they allow me to add additional functions for business needs.

First off, the developers of this app are extremely responsive and helpful. In our case, they went above and beyond to make sure our shop was set up just right!

The wishlist app itself is great, works as expected and is also affordable.

This is my second store where I use this app. Its really nice and even on Basic its good and have most features.

I had some issues tough how to set it up. But they helped me without me asking to set it up and without charging. Thats really good and so far im VERY happy.

Not a great experience. The 'add to wishlist' button wouldn't show in our online store editor. We requested support to help reposition the button, however they replied saying they completed the work as requested but the button remained in the same position I had left it before requesting the change. The support team also decided to integrate additional placements across our website that we never requested which conflict with the functionality of our website. Uninstalled

I wish all companies in the world worked like Wishlist Engine, Customer Care Gods! Thank you, everything about this app is 10 stars out of 5.
