I installed the Wishlist Hero app just yesterday so my experience with it is limited. One thing I can say is that support is excellent. I reported a minor issue discovered in my testing and the team responded quickly and resolved the matter within a couple of business hours. Can't ask for more than that. The installation was quick and easy, even for non-technical people. Because I have a technical background, I used the basic instructions provided with the app to extend it's reach beyond the simple install. Specifically, I enabled my shoppers to add products to their wishlists from product collections pages. What I like about Wishlist Hero over other apps I researched is the flexibility it offers in terms of options for presenting "add to cart" buttons and buttons for accessing the wishlist. I'm able to place said buttons where I like so that they fit beautifully on my site and match the theme perfectly.

I tried over and over to contact support but no one answer and no one back to my email it's tooo annoying
Very bad customer service... I contacted their support team to add the icon to my header menu, they did respond to an email, but have never responded since, my issue has not been resolved. Very disappointed.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !- THEY WERE GIVEN ACCESS TO STORE, BUT THEY NEVER DID NOTHING TO RESOLVE. The "Add to Wishlist from Collections & Quick View: THIS CANNOT BE CONFIGURED UNLESS YOU CONTACT SUPPORT - even though I PAID PREMIUM, you would expect prompt response , but this has been ongoing now for about 2 WEEKS, THEY GOT PAID , FIRST THEY CLAIM THEY COULD NOT GET IN STORE THEN SENT THEM SEVERAL SCREENSHOTS OF THEIR COLLABORATION APPROVAL AND ONE TIME ACTIVITY LOG IN MY SHOPIFY ADMIN BY ONE OF THEIR TEAM MEMBERS FROM EGYPT !!! THEY SIMPLE DID NOT RESPOND- I AM THINKING MOST OF THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE!
can you uninstall the app it is still there and is slowing down my store. I have no wat to contact you so leaving a review

First I tried the apps that were listed above this one. Then I was not happy and tried this one. Firstly, it's 10 times more user friendly and easy to setup. E.g. you can setup an icon in header menu with one click. Secondly, reporting data comes real time, which is critical in e-commerce.
