The response is extremely slow, no matter what.
This app didn't have the features I was looking for. I'm leaving this review because when I tried to uninstall the app, it left code on my website that still shows the heart icon on my header. I've reached out to their support team nearly a week ago, and no one has gotten back to me about removing their leftover code. Maybe this will catch someone's attention.

アプリ側に問題あるのにも関わらず開発側はまったく対応してくれません。
何度問い合わせしてもテンプレートのみの返信で対応する気ないです。

This app is the worst app.
I don't want to give even 1 star. Actually it's 0 stars.
Even though there is a problem on the app side, the developer side does not respond at all.
No matter how many times I contact them, they don't want to respond with just a template reply.
It's really the worst. It's a crap app.
Initially, we encountered a widget issue, and the support from Yomna was quick and helpful. Based on that experience, we were asked to leave a review — which we did in good faith.
However, shortly after, another issue occurred, and we’ve reached out multiple times with no response whatsoever. It’s incredibly disappointing to see that after receiving a positive review, the support has completely disappeared.
This shows a serious lack of commitment to long-term customer care. If support is only available in exchange for good reviews, that’s not trustworthy service. Very disappointed.
There was an explanation that it can be displayed in the product list, so I installed it, but it is not displayed properly even if I set it according to the manual.
Two weeks going round the houses with support to apply cosmetic changes which should be built-in customisation features. Cripplingly long development time to add core features such as add to wishlist icons to the header and product grids within a theme, which should also arguably be carried out in-app. The app is built poorly out of the box with inadequate support to put it right.
Crucially access to the wishlist feature using use login was completely broken on mobile so utterly useless if like us you have a 70/30 mobile device to desktop split.
Apparently there was a data breach through this app. My customers are receiving scam emails that look like the email reminders from Wish List Hero. This happened during a huge sale of course and I have customers wanting to know if there personal info is in danger. HUNDREDS of customers. I am absolutely livid.
worst support ever, emailed like for 2 months straight no response, ok I am leaving now.
completely messed up the theme, even stuff that was not related to wish list... like menus, account icon disappeared, logo got bigger, search tab went into its own page, burger moblike menu stopped working! literarily unfixable, thank god we have a recent theme save before this mess up
Customer service was neither available nor helpful when needed. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this service.
