Installation is not too hard. They do offer a free assistance service. Though good luck getting any sort of timely response of their support org.
Hello there, my apologies that we weren't able to respond to you in a timely fashion at the time. On very rare occasions we fall behind when it's busier than normal. AMAZING app - best Wishlist app that's available. Looks amazing, and super slick on site UX. The appmate team was amazing to work with when I needed a bit of help - friendly and fun.
