Many of our orders are gifts and the cart notes section was always a little confusing. This app is exactly what we needed to have a clear gift wrap/gift message option at checkout. Customer service has been quick and incredibly helpful so far -- got everything installed and looking great!
Customer Service is outstanding! We had trouble finding where to put the snippet codes into our codes and, they helped us immediately!! Not to mention it works great!!!

The support team is great, but for my theme, the app only worked correctly with the help of the support team.
The team was super helpful in helping to add a missing feature and app does what it's supposed to do :)
