Very helpful app! Been able to help minimise orders going out with incorrect addresses as well as help reduce amount of return to sender parcels returned. Ryan has also been fabulous, direct communication and able to outsource information from carriers themselves. Highly recommend.
Does exactly what I need. We were having issues with non-latin characters at checkout, incorrectly auto-filled addresses, and then customers who didn't realize this until it was too late, their package was shipped. All better now.
Ryan was incredibly helpful throughout our communication. He took the time to thoroughly explain the features and limitations of the service and was very responsive to all my questions. I really appreciated his efforts and excellent customer support.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Their response to issues is always prompt, they have fixed any issues within a day and provide custom updates in a very reasonable time.
The address verification is great and can verify orders from sources other than the Shopify checkout.
