Wonderful and robust app. Even if you're on Shopify Basic Plan it can be immensely useful, allowing you to create powerful rules.
A very clever thing is that in your Shopify Admin➔Checkout➔Checkout rules, only one rule is shown that includes all the rules created with this app. I would like to thank Ryan, who was kind and helpful.

Installed the app for address block and it really does its job. I see more potential and happy to dig further.
