DID NOT MATCH THE EXPECTED, i added the products on my store, when i tested the website, i ordered on 16th July, however i received the order on 27th July it took almost 8 to 10 Days, which is not worth it, first the issue is you need to recharge wallet to process the order, minimum withdrawal is 1000 rupees, no much response from their support team. they should change on the delivery partner, there are many companies provide fast delivery, if not fast delivery but good services
please new users dont use this app, as i used this app , this guy is using india post delivering service is too late, and after paying money, money is blocked there is no proper customer services, no proper solutions, and i am giving zero star. so new users dont use this app, its third class app, this guy is delivering through india post after 1 to 2 months, and therefore money will be blocked .... and there are no chances for refund.. my expericence is worst with this company..., still my money is blocked of around 2200.. since 27th of january, and still my 3 orders are in in transit..,, i am praying god to get my money back..

Furthermore, the selection of logistics provider is depends on the serviceability of the buyer's specific pin code, which may occasionally affect delivery timelines. Please note that we only shipped orders through India Post for areas not covered by other major courier companies, which can also impact delivery times.
We also wish to clarify the status of your orders. Per our Shipping & Return policy, if a package cannot be delivered due to reasons like incorrect address details, an absent recipient, or refusal to accept the delivery, the package is returned to us. Unfortunately, this was the case with the three orders you highlighted, which were marked as RTO.
