What an app experience, for my customers & for me the website/business owner. The onboarding customer service provided by Ian & Hannu was exceptional! I sure wish all apps would do this phone/video support. I have connected this app to both of my stores! Can't say enough about how much Re:do has improved our customer's experience and saved our team time! Not only is the App amazing, but Hannu has been nothing less than exceptional any and every time we have needed something answered!
Re:do is changing the way we are able to serve our customers and with Hannu there's so much support and confidence standing behind us!

The highlight of this app is seamless returns/exchanges - customers can complete returns/exchanges in a few quick steps. Everything is automated. The only drawback is that if customers want a different product in exchange (rather than different size or color of the same product), you will need to manually sort that out as the app does not allow selection of a different product for exchange. ...

RE:DO has been great! Easy for us to use and for our customers! And if there happen to be any issues, they are ready to help right away! Natalie has helped us multiple times when either we or a customer needed help with something. We very much recommend using RE:DO!

Dustin did a great job walking us through the benefits of Re:do and how it would integrate with our existing returns policy. We were initially on the fence, but he went out of his way to provide contacts that we could reach out and ask questions to, and he was patient as we took the time to make the decision.

Redo has changed our post purchase processes for the better. We were with Loop Returns for 3 years, but their system was complex and expensive and required a 12 month contract. Redo is better, no contract, and we have a far better customer experience.
