Their service is great. and Product for sure. It has taken off lots of time from my hand having the customer be able to exchange and get store credit on their own.
Tyler and Max have been a great help.

I love this app! Working with Chris to help me get set up was so easy. I used to have Loop and I can't believe I was paying so much when Redo is free! This app is pure gold. I haven't had any issues so far.

GAME CHANGER ALERT! Seriously, this is hands down the greatest returns solution out there. Live Chat support is quick, fast, and knowledgeable, and new features are coming out faster than literally any other app we work with, and we work with A LOT. Ian, Hannu and the rest of the team are an absolute pleasure to work with. This app alone will save us $3,000 a year and that's just on the cost of have a return app. These guys also cover the cost of return shipping labels. Returning motorcycle boots is not cheap, and this company COVERS THAT COST. It's a no brainer. I'll be adding this as the return solution for all of our sites moving forward. 10/10 recommend.

So far so good with this app. Max made the setup process so quick and easy and Chris was very helpful in setting up the next steps for me. It's too soon to tell how it has affected my business but I'm only expecting positive growth.

What an app experience, for my customers & for me the website/business owner. The onboarding customer service provided by Ian & Hannu was exceptional! I sure wish all apps would do this phone/video support. I have connected this app to both of my stores! My candle biz & Freshie biz are better for being able to offer this app’s features to my customer. And I’m way less stressed having been shown how to use the app to its full potential. Can't say enough about how much Re:do has improved our customer's experience and saved our team time! Not only is the App amazing, but Hannu has been nothing less than exceptional any and every time we have needed something answered!
