1st time using app. I think this will be great once my personal issues are worked out. The automation did not work so well but Natalie helped me quickly. The app desperately needs automation to let you know there is a return coming. As a small business owner, we wear many hats and I need a reminder of what is ahead of me. Then I will update to 5 stars. I look forward to this being a great tool as my shipping demands increase.

Update: Actually it was after you tried to bribe me with a $100 amazon gift card to remove the bad review I posted is when I stopped responding. Shopify has rules that prohibit you from asking for personal or merchant info outside of the app. Maybe they should look into your practices. I was having issues getting the app to show the widgets and cart on the store. I reached out to support and the first thing they ask is how many orders do we do a month so they can get the right person to help. #1 this app is supposed to be 100% free to the merchant so what does it matter how many orders I do a month. I assume they want high volume stores so they can make a lot of money off the customers that choose to pay $1 to $2 even if they don't use the service. I searched both the website and the app for help docs and both turned up empty pages or broken links. Reviews sounded so good even though there are only 5. Couldn't even get the app set up so I guess I will have to uninstall. You should never ask a merchant account questions just to help them with support.

I was very interested in this App because it's unlike others out there. However, when I asked for setup assistance to make sure I was doing it right, they said "you don't want to offer returns or exchanges?" to which I said no, only store credit. Their reply was that their owner built a billion dollar business with a loose return policy and their goal is to offer an Amazon like experience, and they highly advise not having a "strict" policy. It was an instant turnoff and I deleted the app immediately. Trying to tell me how to run my business really pissed me off. This conversation was also all via email because I asked to jump on a zoom (twice before I got a reply) for setup assistance and they said they could do it right there in the chat. The employee I talked to and the owner both reached out to me and apologized profusely and have since made up for it. I have yet to start using the app but will do so shortly and update then.

Haven't started processing returns through the app yet, but 5/5 stars to Dustin and Max for all of their help with onboarding and sharing general information about the app and the benefits it will have for our business and customers. Looking forward to the Re:do journey ahead!
I just downloaded the app today but I must say the onboarding experience was seamless. Max was able to walk me through the process and explain every step of what he was doing. I prefer this method over developers who just take over the installation process and don't explain what they're doing or why they're doing it. I look forward to implementing this app into my store and offering an even better customer experience.
The customer service getting this app set up was AMAZING! I cannot wait to start using this program!
