What an app experience, for my customers & for me the website/business owner. The onboarding customer service provided by Ian & Hannu was exceptional! I sure wish all apps would do this phone/video support. I have connected this app to both of my stores! My candle biz & Freshie biz are better for being able to offer this app’s features to my customer. And I’m way less stressed having been shown how to use the app to its full potential. The highlight of this app is seamless returns/exchanges - customers can complete returns/exchanges in a few quick steps. Everything is automated. The only drawback is that if customers want a different product in exchange (rather than different size or color of the same product), you will need to manually sort that out as the app does not allow selection of a different product for exchange. Customers still have the option to choose to return for store credit and apply it to reorder a different item, however. Thank you for creating this app! Much needed!

The way they incentivize customers to take store credit or exchanges has significantly reduced our refunds!

We have been so thrilled with re:do! There have been some learning curves/tech glitches but support is always on it so quickly. Processing returns is SO much quicker, saving me time and money. My customers are also happier because they have access to great postage rates, much better than sending them to the P.O.! Highly recommend!!

We were concerned that our customers would abuse free returns E.G. — Buying 10 items and returning 8 of them— But Redo has it set it up so that customers are still getting the Amazon Prime experience, but they prevent customers from abusing it. They have thought of everything!

Ian & Hannu helped me get this app set up & moving forward. Was it all that necessary? Maybe yes, maybe no... I'm pretty tech savvy and this app is really easy to navigate so I basically had it all set up before the call, but when they reached to out to advise they offer phone/video onboarding support, I took 'em up on it (to ensure I did it correctly) & the CUSTOMER SERVICE provided in that was exceptional! I wish ALL apps would do this, to ensure we're on the right path & using the app to it's full potential & to our biz owner's understanding - can't say enough good things about this app's support! Now, my customers have an amazing service provided & I feel confident I have the support of the app's behind the scenes team! Thanks y'all!

This app is AMAZING! Easily one of the most useful and seamless apps you can add to your shop. You absolutely need to have this app in your shop if you're a small business owner because it's just soo helpful! I'm so happy that I decided to give it a try! Top Benefits - streamlines returns, exchanges, etc with a very simple intuitive portal that customers can access via link that you can put anywhere you choose on your site. - no complicated installation. very straightforward - you can offer store credit and upsell by providing customers money or a percentage off if they choose store credit which is so amazing because that means more revenue
- it auto-syncs with your stores policies
- you don't need to worry about shipping labels or anything like that, the app generates everything with the customer directly - you can pre-approve returns and ask customers to upload an image of the product
- you can collect customer feedback about the item their returning
- the opt-in cost for customers is nominal -- $1 - $2
- even when customers don't opt in before purchasing, the portal still handles everything - most, importantly this is FREEEEEEEEEE to the store. No monthly costs, nothing!!! Oh and the customer support is super helpful and timely!
