Have had an incredible experience with Redo! Our customers love it - and we love it on the backend as well. Any issues that have arisen ,their team is so quick to resolve!
Redo has really made the communication and returns process for our Shopify orders so much easier. Our customers are happy and we have much less work, so it is a win win.
Redo has completely changed the game when it comes to returns and customer support. With Redo, it’s fast, easy, and totally stress-free. The interface is super user-friendly, and their support team is responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful.
2 stars only for the nice team-members who I interact it. 0 stars for the actual product. Unless you live in the USA, I would avoid it. Certain premium features have been built only for American businesses. The rest of us, who aren't American are stuck with poor features. Furthermore, you should do your due diligence around their store credit function and how it interacts with Shopify credits and any 3rd party Credit apps you have. The Redo App has potential, but it needs significant improvements particularly for ANY business outside the USA.
I use Redo for my returns, Customer Service management and now fulfilment labels too. Love the support and have zero major issues since integrating them. Big fans
I'm upset with the support, I had problems and they took more than 1 week to resolve them, I've had a problem for 2 weeks and until now they haven't helped me, there's no way I can stop my store until the problems are resolved, unfortunately I had more dissatisfaction than joy with this app.
Redo is extremely easy to setup. Their customer support is always friendly and ready to help. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to simplify their Shopify store. Thank you Redo!
Love Redo! We implemented Upcart for our theme and Redo (Harrison) hopped on same day to make sure we still had shipping protection enabled. Love their platform for returns and management. They've been great!
I have never encountered such careless app owners. I’ve contacted you multiple times, explaining that I wanted to use your app but was unable to log in. I even left my email address, yet all I received was a generic response. I’m deleting the app, and I will never recommend it to anyone.
