Re:Do has added a seamless experience for our customers when it comes to returns and exchanges. The onboarding was simple and almost everything is automated so the interface was easy to learn. Ian and Hannu are the best of the best! Any questions or problem that comes up is met with a quick and timely response and solution- even on weekends or Labor Day when we're running a big sale. We were also asked to be beta users to help give ideas and feedback to further elevate the customer experience and it's been a blast working with the Re:Do team. Could not recommend Re:Do more!

Re:do has offered a great return and exchange system for my customers! I needed some help setting it up on my website and Max came to save the day! GAME CHANGER ALERT! Seriously, this is hands down the greatest returns solution out there. Live Chat support is quick, fast, and knowledgeable, and new features are coming out faster than literally any other app we work with, and we work with A LOT. Ian, Hannu and the rest of the team are an absolute pleasure to work with. This app alone will save us $3,000 a year and that's just on the cost of have a return app. These guys also cover the cost of return shipping labels. Returning motorcycle boots is not cheap, and this company COVERS THAT COST. It's a no brainer. I'll be adding this as the return solution for all of our sites moving forward. 10/10 recommend.

So far quite happy with Re:Do. The learning curve with their system is a matter of a day or so and you're up and running. New interface is slick and easy to navigate. Support is very responsive and Natalie has always helped me get the answers I need.

The app itself is remarkably user-friendly and straightforward. Hannu has consistently been responsive, whether it's addressing minor inquiries or taking the time to provide detailed demos. Working with Natalie and Chris has also been a pleasure. The chat box feature has proven to be immensely helpful for quick questions, and we truly appreciate the team's swift and responsive support.

This app is a great automated returns option for our store. Customers are loving the exchange or store credit option, and it's a great way to retain revenue. Natalie, from their customer service online chat, is always quick to respond and assist with any issues our company may have. Would definitely recommend!
