Wow, where to begin? Redo started for us as a return platform. We were previously with Loop. We saved hundreds of dollars a month with that switch. Great! But it doesn't stop there. When I first downloaded this app, I had no clue what I was looking at. I sat there thinking, “What is this even supposed to do?” Then came the demo. Next thing I know, I’m deleting six other apps, because this one sorta does everything.

Redo is exactly what we've been searching for. A one-stop-shop for all customer service needs from order tracking to returns. Amazing support! Bethany & Susannah helped us get setup and answered any questions we had. A HUGE addition to our store and we're forever grateful.
Warning! This app will break accessiBe which is a crucial app for staying ADA complaint. I found out that if I turn off the app switch in the website settings it fixes the issue and Redo still works fine, so I'm not sure why it's needed.
Other than that, Redo has been amazing and it has even increased our sales.
