when updating the settings it wont allow me to save as it says "some fields are invalid". it doesn't highlight what fields are invalid.

I cant even open the app to set it up. Not a great first experience. Hopefully support is legit and can help.

Hi,
I think you have an adblock plugin, it might block the app. You can try to disable it or test the app on a different browser.
