This app is exactly what we were looking for. We needed specific information from our orders in CSV format to send to another company. Adam was so patient and helpful and I learned how to create a template to meet our needs.

We have two Shopify stores and use this app daily from both to export our orders in the exact format required for upload by our 3PL warehouse. Jason has been incredibly helpful, helping us use metafields which pull into the export file so it doesn't require any editing before we send it to the warehouse. This app saves us SO MANY man hours. Es hat unserem Unternehmen viele Stunden an Arbeit gespart, ich habe viele Apps zum Exportieren benutzt, das ist jedoch die beste App zum Exportieren. Der Kundenservice war für ein Onboarding leicht zu erreichen. Es wurde alles erklärt und sogar von deren seite aus hergestellt. Falls ich eine Frage hatte wurde innerhalb 5 minuten ein Live Meeting vereinbart wo man es dann Live mit dem Experten besprechen konnte

Very flexible in terms of filters & liquid scripts to create the exact format you need.

So its quite a big learning curve but the support chat is very helpful to guide you.

Incredible Support. I needed to setup a very complicated CSV template and the Xporter support made the whole thing possible. I definitely recommend this app for anyone dealing with a 3rd party fulfillment center or just to be in full control of your customer orders.

I've been using this app since 2014 - it's vital for my business. I haven't needed much help, but when I did, customer support responded quickly and was very helpful!
