Fast response and great service. Alex is a great member of the team.
Alex was very helpful and get me all the information I needed quickly / professionally!
The App is ok but down way too often! And sometimes you first need to download the PDF to the desktop before you can print, otherwise the size is not correct.
Alex was amazing!! He just help me create a template in 1 minute!

So far seems to be ok. We are just getting started so fingers crossed!
Easy to use. I'm just setting it up now. A bit of trouble getting templates to print in the lines but that may very well be my printer. I did an online chat with Alex in customer service and they were able to answer my questions and help me with test labels. I can't wait to get started.
Tracy saved the day. We had an internal issue printing labels. I was able to get back up and running in a very short amount of time. Thank you Tracy!
