fast response from alex. good service
Alex was very helpful and patient with me today as I tried to navigate the set up with the brand and type of paper I was using for my labels.

Alex helped me get 200 free labels. So far my experience with Yanet has been good. I was able to customize my label the way I wanted unlike some other label printing apps that I tested out.
I still need to try it extensively, and to be fair the pricing plan is a little bit confusing.
The App on itself is wonderful and the customer support (especially Alex) have been of great help.
Like other people mentioned, it is indeed weird that an app does exactly what it promises.
The only downside is the pricing plan, i would have been delighted to pay for the "pro plan" but being a fashion ...
It shows invalid GTIN. When we scan barcodes it shows different products from other merchants. Not legitimate
